Question:

Is habakkuk 3 13 anointed one or anointed ones please?

Answer:

I am not a Hebrew scholar, but I did sufficient research, by going to the original Hebrew and many translations and I am very confident that the Hebrew word is singular.  Therefore, the correct translation is Anointed One.  Therefore this is a messianic prophecy.  I am assuming this is the question (whether it is indeed messianic) behind your request.
