Dr. Robert Kurka passed yesterday, 3/31/18. He was a great personal friend of all of the members of the board of the Apologetics Research Society. Bob was a professor of theology at Lincoln Christian University and a professor of Christian Apologetics, theology, and an expert of the Christian World View.  He was also a preacher and an elder in the Christian Church. He taught at several of our conferences and is the main teacher of our Apologetics Certificate Program class on the Christian World View.  But most of all, he was an amazing Christian man and a beloved friend.  I got to talk to him in his last few days and he was one of the most encouraging people I have ever known.  We will miss you very much, Bob.   Love,   John Oakes
