How do believers got inspiration from the scriptures?

Biblically, inspiration comes from God, not from the scriptures.
I will assume you are asking how do believers get encouragement or faith
from the scriptures. Your question makes me think of John 8:31 and
following in which Jesus said that those who obey him are truly his
disciples, who then are able to know the truth so that it can set them
free. According to Jesus, “inspiration” or encouragement and teaching
from the scriptures through a willing heart to obey what is written
there. I am not sure I understand your question, and please feel free to
re-ask the question more clearly, but I would say that in order to get
inspiration from the scriptures, you should read them with the heart to
obey what you read. Then God will show you his will and your life will
change. In Romans 10:17 one can read that faith comes through hearing the
message of the word of Christ. If you will read the Bible with the
intention of accepting it for what it says and to do what it says you
will be “inspired” by God.
