An EFC subscriber named Michael has written an article about whether or not the textual variant in Luke 23:34 was in the original autograph of the Book of Luke.  He concludes that the phrase, “forgive them father, for they do not know what they are doing” was most likely in the original of Luke.  This article is well-argued and well-reasoned, so I am publishing it for our readers.  Here is the link:
